Facta and Written Submissions
Written advocacy is a key component of the litigation process.
Over my career I have drafted hundreds of written submissions for Ontario lawyers in both civil and family litigation proceedings, including:
- Facta
- Mediation and Pre-Trial Briefs
- Draft Opening Statements
- Trial Submissions
- Costs Submissions
These facta and other submissions are usually prepared in tandem with the assembly of motion / application records and compendia, as effective legal writing embodies a synthesis between legal principles and the evidentiary foundation of the case.
